Adam Young

Adam Young

Adam is CEO of Redburn, having previously served on the Redburn Board as Chairman (from July 2021) and as a non-executive director since the beginning of 2020, the date of Rothschild & Co’s investment in the Company. Adam has 36 years investment banking experience, having run businesses in Europe, the United States and Asia – primarily in the equity capital markets area. Prior to becoming Chairman, Adam was Global Co-Head of Equity Advisory at Rothschild & Co.

Jeremy Evans

Jeremy Evans

Jeremy Evans is a co-founder of Redburn and Chairman, having been Senior Partner since its inception. Previously he was Head of UK and European Equities at Flemings. Following the acquisition of Flemings by JP Morgan Chase in 2000, he was appointed a Managing Director of JP Morgan. He is a co-founder and Chairman of the Egmont Trust. Jeremy is a graduate of Cambridge University.

Andrew Quick

Andrew Quick

Andrew is Global Head of Execution Services. He joined the sales trading desk in 2009. Prior to Redburn he spent 12 years as a pan-European sales trader at Dresdner Kleinwort. He was made Head of Sales Trading at Redburn in 2014 and Head of Execution Services in 2022. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in French from the University of Nottingham.

Ben Burston

Ben Burston

Ben Burston is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. He is a Chartered Accountant and previously worked in the Financial Services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University.

Nick Delfas

Nick Delfas

Nick Delfas is Co-Head of Research Services, which encompasses the Fundamental, Systematic and Technical research disciplines, as well as Sales into all regional markets. He continues to be a Telecoms analyst, and previously headed the telecoms research team at Morgan Stanley. Nick holds an MA in Classics from Oxford University.

Peter Culver

Peter Culver

Peter Culver is the Chief Technology Officer. He has worked at Redburn since 2004.

Steve East

Steve East

Steve East is Co-Head of Research Services, which encompasses the Fundamental, Systematic and Technical research disciplines, as well as Sales into all regional markets. He was previously an Aerospace & Defence analyst and Head of EMEA Equity Research and Global Markets HOLT at Credit Suisse, before joining Redburn as Head of Sector Research. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
