Tony worked in the chemical industry for 12 years, at Kodak, Hoechst and ICI, where he undertook a variety of technical and commercial roles in the UK and Europe. He continued in operational management after the business was acquired by Croda. Tony joined Redburn after completing his MBA at London Business School. He read Pure Chemistry at the University of Leeds.
